We founded our company INTUITIONIS because we believe that a better (working) world is possible. With more satisfied, more fulfilled and happier people.
We see our Coachings as a first, stimulating step towards a richer and more beautiful coexistence in our unique earthly space of possibilities.
INTUITIONIS stands for looking at our environment with unbiased eyes.
It means seeing things as they actually are. This is the only way we can remain realistic and consciously perceive our challenges. This makes us capable of acting and becoming active and careful designers of our lives.
So that we don't forget this, I chose a combination of two characters from my everyday Japanese school life as the company logo. The inner, blue part denotes everything that is important. The orange circle encloses everything that is correct.
Important and right - that is our motivation and our goal.
In order to be able to offer you a reliable quality standard in this constantly expanding universe, we have built our company and our offerings on a
DEKRA-certified quality management system.

Hello!
My name is Ulrich Wulff,
and I am the Managing
Director of this young and visionary company.
I am also happily married and the father of two great children.
I have been internationally successful as a visual artist for 20 years. I came to coaching some time ago during a crisis of meaning: I realized that I had betrayed my artistic ideals for my career. It went very well, I commuted between Berlin and Los Angeles, apartment and studio in both cities, galleries here and there, everything was pretty good. I had basically reached the goal of my dreams. But it didn't fulfill me. Something was missing. In order to see things more clearly, I first did tabula rasa and left most of my galleries, snubbed some of my collectors - and thought. Without technology and with sporadic meditation retreats, I eventually found myself running in circles. The experience of systemic coaching ultimately gave me wonderfully simple and extremely effective tools to sort through internal and external conflicts and look at them with benevolent eyes in order to bring them closer to their (almost) independent solution. With my certification as a systemic coach according to the ECA standard (European Coaching Association) and my many years of expertise in the art world, you will find in me a competent and empathetic companion on your way from a personal, business or creative crisis situation to more joy in life, self-confidence, calmness and determination.
